Dream Kaki collaborations

Regardless of how plausible, who would you like to see Kaki work with to create new music?
Some of mine:
Kaki King + Mogwai (let's take those post rock homages a little further!)
Kaki King + Justin K. Broadrick (Drone/Shoegaze)
Kaki King + Zoë Keating (looped cello with percussive guitar melodies)

Shit, I could go on & on. Yours, Go!

Interesting topic.

It's not easy to come up with a collaboration that might really work because I think Kaki's take on whatever genre is always somehow unique to her style (I know what I mean but I don't know if the way I said it makes sense).

However I think it might be interesting to hear what would happen if we put her in the same room with:

- Radiohead, because they are the only band still alive I can think of which changed and evolved as much and with as much quality as Kaki. I mean, Radiohead and Kaki are probably my favourite still-making-records artists and I feel like if they met they could write something really special. Or maybe it wouldn't work.

- David Gilmour, for a lap steel duet. Even if they have quite a different approach to it. But I think it might be awesome.

- Unkle, for some more lap steel action but with an electronic/trip hop twist. This one might well be the most appropriate and realistic choice.

- Tal Wilkenfeld, this one would really make me curious, I think something jazzy and groovy might come out of a session with her.

ooh...i like the idea of kaki w/ mogwai or zoe keating. Besides sigur ros or explosions in the sky or something like that, i'm throwing in a vote for elliott smith, the bad plus, and regina spektor.
